How we work

FAQ

Questions about working with us

The detail teams usually want before the first conversation.

What services does VeyrionHealth provide?

We provide healthcare, medical and legal operations solutions across 15 specialized departments: insurance verification, pre-authorization, medical billing and accounts receivable, credentialing, medical records, online scheduling, radiology reporting, virtual medical assistance, call centre, pre-encounter review, medico-legal support, PIP/MVA/NF/LOP services, patient transportation coordination, attorney backend support, and IT and healthcare technology.

How many departments does VeyrionHealth have?

15 specialized departments operate under one organisation. You can engage a single department, several, or a complete operational solution — and because they sit inside the same organisation, the handoffs between them are internal rather than something your team has to coordinate.

Do you provide medical billing and AR services?

Yes. We handle the full revenue cycle: ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS coding, charge entry, primary and secondary electronic claims, claim monitoring, payment posting, patient billing, denial management, appeals, reconsiderations and corrected claims — with a dedicated accounts receivable function covering aging analysis, insurance follow-up calls, high-value accounts and AR reporting.

What specialties can your billing team support?

Our billing operations support 38 specialties and service lines across medical specialties, rehabilitation and pain management, diagnostics and clinical support, and surgical and specialty care — including oncology, neurology, orthopedics, cardiology, chiropractic, physical and occupational therapy, pain management, anesthesia, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, DME and more.

Do you provide credentialing and provider enrollment?

Yes. We handle initial credentialing, re-credentialing, provider and payer enrollment, CAQH creation and maintenance, demographic and taxonomy updates, licence and board certification verification, malpractice and DEA documentation, revalidation and provider roster management — plus continuous tracking of credential expirations, licence renewals and payer effective dates.

Can you manage medical records?

Yes. Our medical records department handles retrieval, requests, tracking, provider follow-ups, organisation, indexing, missing-record identification and distribution. It acts as the information bridge between departments — routing documentation to clinical, billing, authorization and legal teams rather than each one requesting it separately.

Do you support Zocdoc and online scheduling?

Yes. We monitor and manage online appointment channels including Zocdoc and similar platforms: appointment monitoring, confirmation, patient communication, rescheduling, cancellation management, provider calendar management and scheduling conflict identification. We support these platforms on behalf of our clients and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Zocdoc.

Do you provide radiology reporting?

Yes. We provide X-ray and imaging interpretation and reporting with timely turnaround, secure report delivery and EMR/EHR-compatible formats built around your physicians' workflows.

What does your virtual medical assistance include?

Patient scheduling and appointment coordination, reminders and follow-ups, EMR/EHR documentation, chart preparation, patient intake, prescription refill coordination, referral coordination, medical research, reporting, administrative support and patient communication. Scope is agreed with your organisation and adjusted as needs change.

Do you provide call center services?

Yes. Our representatives handle inbound and outbound patient communication: scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, reminders, patient inquiries and follow-ups, referral coordination, patient intake, insurance-related communication and cancellation management — trained to communicate clearly, professionally and empathetically with US patients.

What is pre-encounter review?

Pre-encounter review is a dedicated department that contacts patients before their appointment to confirm attendance, date, time, provider, location and demographics, and to verify insurance, authorizations, referrals and documentation. Its objective is to identify and resolve discrepancies before the patient arrives — which reduces no-shows, last-minute cancellations, insurance discrepancies and missing authorizations.

Do you support PIP, MVA and No-Fault cases?

Yes. We handle PIP and No-Fault verification, MVA claim information, accident information retrieval, insurance claim status and follow-ups, PIP authorization coordination, Letter of Protection coordination, attorney communication, patient case tracking, treatment coordination and settlement documentation support.

Do you provide attorney backend and virtual paralegal support?

Yes. We provide backend operational and administrative support for personal injury attorneys and law firms across four workstreams: insurance company support (coverage, policy limits, claim status, adjuster follow-ups), client support (intake, follow-ups, missing documentation), medical records and bills (requests, tracking, chronology, organisation), and LOP and provider coordination. We do not provide legal representation or legal advice.

Can VeyrionHealth develop custom EHR/EMR systems and healthcare software?

Yes. Our technology department builds websites, custom EHR/EMR systems, custom healthcare software, workflow automation, system integrations, dashboards and document management systems. We have developed an EHR/EMR system designed specifically around surgical patients, demonstrating the ability to build specialty-specific technology around unique clinical and administrative workflows.

Can your teams work together across departments?

That is the core of how we operate. Insurance information, authorization details, medical records, appointment information, billing documentation, credentialing data and legal documentation are communicated to the teams that need them, rather than remaining isolated inside a single department.

What engagement models are available?

Four: per-claim pricing based on claim volume and service requirements; a fixed monthly subscription based on practice size, patient volume, case volume and services required; a dedicated staff model with named specialists assigned to your organisation; and custom packages built around any combination of departments. Pricing is quoted after we understand your scope.

Can services be customised for our organisation?

Yes. Engagements are built around your size, volume and the departments you need. Most organisations start with one or two departments and expand once the working relationship is established. Where software is the constraint, our technology department can build or integrate around your workflow.

How do you handle sensitive healthcare information?

We work to HIPAA-conscious, privacy-focused processes, and sensitive information is handled through your organisation's own secure systems and access controls. Please note that this website is an informational site — it should not be used to submit patient health information.
